Since 1993, Koolest Products has stood by the quality of its products. Because we are so confident in our products, we offer the customer a Lifetime Warranty against defective materials and workmanship on plastic and metal components, as well as, 90 days on fabric. Our customer service representatives will work with you in a fair and reasonable manner should unforeseen problems occur.
Koolest Products Limited Lifetime Product Warranty:
- Koolest Products offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for its chairs against defective materials and workmanship on all plastic and metal components and 90 days on fabrics.
- Soft-Sided Coolers are warrantied for a lifetime, but not against circumstances beyond our control. (i.e. overloading or puncturing the liner)
- Kool Accessories come with a 30 day warranty agaisnt manufacturer defects only.
- If a covered product is proven to be defective in workmanship or materials, Koolest Products will, at its option: 1. replace or repair the defective component; or 2. replace the product with the same or comparable product. Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or product, and warranted for the remainder of the warranty period.
- If breakage occurs, Koolest Products may, at its discretion, send replacement parts, require customer to return product for evaluation, suggest upgrading, or replace the product in its entirety.
- If an upgrade is suggested and the customer refuses to accept the upgrade, we will send replacement parts and/or send one (1) exact or comparable replacement chair for the remainder of the warranty.
- The customer is responsible for all applicable maintainence and return shipping fees for repair, replacement, or upgrade products.
- Koolest Products does not warranty against normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, misuse, mishandling, alterations, environmental wear and tear, and/or any act of nature.
- If we determine that the problem with the product is not covered by the limited product warranty, we will inform you of alternative solutions that may be available to you on a fee-for-service basis.
